RETURN POLICY 

 STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS.

How many days do I have to make an return/exchange?

You have 7 days from the delivery date to submit your return/exchange request.

 

What items are returnable?

Most apparel, shoes, and accessories are returnable within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items MUST be returned in protective packaging to reduce damage during handling. All shoes MUST be returned in the original box and then packaged durably. Free from tape and stickers. Damaged returns will NOT be accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

 

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Items on sale or marked FINAL SALE (This includes sale items using a discount code)
  • Sunglasses
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Lingerie
  • Worn items
  • Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear.
  • Shipping fees

 

Can I get my money back?

For all returns we issue store credit only. Refunds are not available. 

Unfortunately, if the item is marked FINAL SALE it cannot be returned or exchanged. In addition, if item was purchased using any sale or discount code the item is also FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Please do not ship back any items without reaching out to us first to make sure your item qualifies for return. You can email us at customersupport@jiamglam.com

Are there any return fees?

Return shipping postage is the sole responsibility of the customer. 
If you receive the wrong item or a faulty product we will cover the return cost.


How soon will I receive my store credit?

Once we have received your return please allow up to 3-5 business days for your store credit to be issued.

How do I get in contact with you if I have a general question or a question about my order?

We are open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Eastern Standard time. You can contact us through email at customersupport@jiamglam.com or text us directly @ 347-421-7659 (Please allow up to 1 hour for a response as we receive a lot of emails and texts). We are working to get our phone systems up and running but we assure you all your questions will be answered in a timely manner through email and text message.

 

When will my item be shipped?

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once order is processed and shipped you will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. Shipping takes 3-5 business days.

 

How do your shoes run?

Our sizes are based as US sizes. All shoes are given a size suggestion at the bottom of every shoe description. Please keep in mind that this is only a suggestion we understand that everyone’s foot size is different & your selection will be made upon personal preference. You know your foot best.

 

What are your forms of payment?

We accept any major credit/debit card. PayPal and Afterpay.
