Your patience is appreciated as we ensure your package reaches you promptly and securely. Please keep in mind that some packages take longer to arrive than others. Rest assured, your order is on the way to its final destination!


When will my order ship?

Our shipping varies depending on:

  • Processing time,
  • Current work load
  • And your shipping address

After you place your order, it goes into the processing period which usually takes anywhere between 1-7 business days depending on item availability (does not include weekends and holidays). Once your order is done processing then it is ready for shipping. Shipping can take anywhere between 3-5 business days.


Will my items ship together?

In order to provide our customers with high-quality products at the best possible prices, shipping may take some time. Due to our collaboration with various suppliers, most items are not shipped together, meaning that if you order multiple items, they are likely to arrive separately. Our products are shipped from both Asia and the U.S. Please be aware that additional customs fees may be applicable in European countries. Prior to ordering, we recommend reviewing your national carrier's policy as we cannot be held responsible for any potential fees.


How do I know when I order(s) have shipped?

Upon shipment of your items from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can track the status of your order through the provided shipment confirmation email, although tracking updates may take up to 3 working days. The shipping times indicated at checkout are estimates only, and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by mail carriers or local post offices. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
